The Store processes Customers' personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, applicable since 25 May 2018.
What personal data do we collect when you make purchases at wiertla-diamentowe.pl?
The Administrator, i.e., the Store, processes the following personal data of the user:

For what purpose do we process your personal data?
Your personal data is processed to fulfill orders in the Store, maintain your Customer account, process your orders, returns, delivery issues, complaints, and claims, conduct marketing activities related to our products, and send commercial information, promotions, and offers. Sending commercial information electronically will only be carried out after obtaining your prior consent.
To whom is your personal data disclosed?
Your personal data may be disclosed to our trusted partners who provide IT services to the Store (e.g., system administrators, hosting providers, software suppliers) and accounting, legal, tax services, as well as services related to transportation (courier companies, carriers), banks, and payment institutions.
These are exclusively the aforementioned third parties to whom we transfer your personal data. We do not share or sell your personal data for marketing purposes.
How long is your personal data stored?
Your personal data is stored no longer than necessary for the purposes of data processing, for a period:
- required to retain your personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations (e.g., for tax purposes);
- necessary to perform contracts concluded with the Customer, and after that time for a period corresponding to the statute of limitations for claims; until consent is withdrawn, and after withdrawal of consent for a period corresponding to the statute of limitations for claims that the Administrator may assert and that may be asserted against him.
