Terms and Conditions of the “Drill for 1 PLN” Promotion
§1 General Provisions
- The organizer of the promotion is TRE-MAIK Sp. z o.o., NIP 5252676024, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
- The promotion consists of customers submitting video materials showing the use of the Organizer’s drills during construction or drilling work.
- The purpose of the promotion is to present the practical use of the Organizer’s products and to use the submitted materials for marketing purposes.
§2 Participation
- The promotion is open to individuals and companies using the Organizer’s products.
- The participant submits a video showing the use of the drill while drilling into construction materials.
- By submitting the material, the participant accepts these Terms and Conditions.
§3 Video Material
- The participant may submit raw video footage showing the drill being used during work.
- The video can be any length and does not need to be edited.
- The video should show in particular:
- the Organizer’s drill
- the material being drilled (e.g. concrete or brick)
- the drilling process
- the final result – the finished hole
- The video must not contain illegal, offensive or rights-infringing content.
- The Organizer recommends sending the material as a file link using file transfer services such as:
- WeTransfer
- Google Drive
- Dropbox
§4 Verification of Materials
- All submitted materials will be reviewed by the Organizer.
- The Organizer may accept or reject any material at its own discretion.
- The discount code for purchasing a drill for 1 PLN may only be granted after the material has been approved by the Organizer.
§5 Rights to the Material
- The participant declares that they are the author of the submitted material or have the right to share it.
- The participant grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, free and unlimited license to use the material for marketing purposes.
- The license includes in particular the right to:
- publish the material
- shorten the material
- edit and trim the material
- combine the material with other materials
- add subtitles, graphics or music
- The material may be used in particular:
- on the website
- in social media
- in advertising materials
- in product presentations
§6 Image Rights
- The participant is not required to show their face or image in the submitted material.
- If the participant or other persons appear in the video, the participant agrees to the use and publication of their image for the Organizer’s marketing purposes.
- The participant declares that they have obtained consent from all persons appearing in the video for the use of their image.
§7 Publication of Materials
- The Organizer reserves the right to select materials for publication.
- The Organizer is not obligated to publish all submitted materials.
- The Organizer may refuse to publish or may remove a material at any time without giving a reason.
§8 Promotion “Drill for 1 PLN”
- After the material is approved, the Organizer may grant the participant a one-time discount code allowing the purchase of one drill for 1 PLN.
- The discount code:
- is valid for one use only
- may be used only once
- has a specified expiration date
- may be limited to selected products or drill models
- The discount code is granted only in connection with a previous purchase of a product at the regular price.
- The discount code may be used only for the purchase of one drill with a price not higher than the drill previously purchased by the participant on the basis of which the video was submitted.
- The purchase of a drill using the 1 PLN promotional code does not qualify for receiving another promotional code under this promotion.
- The Organizer may limit the number of promotional codes granted to one customer.
§9 Final Provisions
- By submitting the material, the participant confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions are effective from: 15.03.2026.
