COMPLAINT – DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGE
If your package arrives damaged or you believe the product is not of full value, you have the right to file a complaint.
If the package and product(s) were damaged during delivery, you can fill out the carrier’s damage report:
After completing the report, you will receive an email with the carrier’s damage report, which must be forwarded to us at kontakt@wiertla-diamentowe.pl. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive further instructions from us regarding the complaint procedure.
PRODUCT COMPLAINT
For any other complaints related to the purchased product or the execution of the sales contract, you must print and complete the COMPLAINT FORM and then send its scan by email to: kontakt@wiertla-diamentowe.pl.
The complaint will be processed within a maximum of 30 days from the date of submission. Depending on the information contained in your complaint, we will either refund you the amount including shipping costs or replace the product with a new one.
